RSPCA pet insurance

The RSPCA cares for animals every day in the same way that you care for your pet. The bond we all have is at its strongest in times of crisis, so RSPCA pet insurance policies have been specially designed to give you extensive pet insurance cover and also help the RSPCA to protect the nations most vulnerable animals.

How can pet insurance help you?

RSPCA pet insurance is designed to help you with the hidden costs of pet ownership. Almost 50% of UK pets will require medical treatment this year at an average cost of £220. This figure can easily rise into thousands of pounds for certain procedures. With RSPCA pet insurance, cover starts at only £2.92 per month for cats and £5.41 per month for dogs. RSPCA pet insurance ensures your pet is covered for these high, occasional and unexpected costs. RSPCA pet insurance cover helps to pay for:

  • Vet Bills - if your pet develops a new medical condition, RSPCA pet insurance can provide up to £6000 per condition with Gold cover, or £3000 per condition with Silver cover
  • Recovering Lost and Stolen Pets - If your pet is lost or stolen, RSPCA pet insurance can give you financial assistance of £750 with Gold cover or £250 with Silver cover to help recover your pet
  • Boarding Costs - If you should fall ill and require in-patient hospital treatment, up to £100 per week is available to provide your pet with emergency cattery or kennel fees (£100 per week with £750 maximum on Gold cover, or £50 per week and maximum £250 with Silver cover).
